What will you do
- Work closely with the leadership team to drive employee engagement
- Drive the Talent Acquisition strategy and manage end to end recruitment
- Lead the on-boarding and learning & development opportunities for the team
- Ensure that employee relations are handled in accordance with legislation
- Lead and coordinate the Work, Health and Safety function in the hotel
- Foster a culture that is inclusive and supports the company’s values, creating a sense of belonging and connection to others across the hotel.
What you need to be successful
- Experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment preferable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across a range of stakeholders
- Proven track record in working with, supporting and influencing senior leadership team
- Up to date knowledge in Australian industrial relations and the Hospitality Industry General Award 2010.
- Excellent time management and the ability to priortise effectively
