Together, you will provide leadership, support, and guidance to our team members, helping them achieve their professional aspirations.Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising the CEO and leadership team on strategies, trends, and issues related to leading people in a high-performance environment.
- Partnering with the leadership team to attract, onboard, retain, and engage our team members, aligning with our People and Learning policies and processes.
- Coaching business leaders on performance management, compensation, recruitment practices, and decision-making.
- Providing advice and guidance to people managers for effective coaching conversations and fostering a positive and respectful workplace culture.
- Developing strategies to celebrate the success of our team members and coordinating team development programs.
- Analysing our People and Culture initiatives, consolidating feedback and trends, and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Overseeing the annual engagement survey and coordinating action planning.
- Supporting and coordinating the annual performance review process.
- Providing regular reporting and insights from people metrics to improve organisational performance.
- Representing Mater Foundation in Mater-wide people management initiatives.
- Managing People related matters in collaboration with Mater Human Resources, including employment contracts, payroll queries, workplace investigations, and policies and procedures.
- Acting as the first point of escalation for employee enquiries and issues, ensuring effective resolution.
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Staying informed about market trends, talent acquisition strategies, and industry best practices.
