Building a world class customer centric experience for NSW Term Senior Executive Band 1 role, up to September 2024 TRP range: $232,708 - $256,811 including super, commensurate with experience Based in Haymarket with flexible working arrangements available About the role Reporting to the Executive Director, Product Service & Coordination, you will play a key part in the delivery of the government's Property Tax and Shared Equity Scheme such as the Shared Equity Home Buyer Helper providing instrumental support and helping the people of NSW! The role will ensure our customers are at the forefront of everything we do by developing innovative and creative solutions to ensure the delivery of the schemes set out in the government's priorities. Providing executive leadership and managing team performance as well as empowering team members to look at things differently and how Revenue NSW can create a world class customer centric experience. Revenue NSW is responsible for collecting approximately a third of the state's finances which are essential in funding the building of new schools, hospitals, and major projects across NSW. You will partner with key stakeholders from both within and outside Revenue NSW to create a culture of high performance while becoming a key player in the Revenue NSW executive. About you The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of the intricate world of property tax and land/property reform with strong collaboration and negotiation skills. You will be someone who can manage competing priorities with the ability to work with multiple and diverse stakeholders across government and also external partners such as financial services. Innovation will be at the forefront of your mind, and you will thrive in challenging the status quo and developing innovating solutions in an ever-changing digital world.
