AddressManor Court is a not-for-profit community based residential aged care home in the heart of Werribee. Fully accredited by the Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission, we provide permanent, respite, and dementia care services and supports.
Within the structure you will be the most senior clinician, advising on clinical requirements, driving success among the care and clinical team. To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience within the aged care industry, proven ability in a leadership role, and a thorough understanding of the aged care reforms.

Responsibilities & duties
- Provide Clinical Services leadership cross Manor Court at both strategic and operational levels.
- Undertake, manage and be accountable for staff performance
- Management of compliance activities, reporting deadlines and accreditation requirements ensuring all standards of practice, policies, protocols, and procedures are developed and implemented to specified standards.
- Ensure the auditing processes, consumer feedback, improvement and incident systems and processes are managed.
- Ensure consistent quality improvement frameworks are developed and monitored, across Clinical Services.
- Oversight of Clinical Services budget.
