As the Director - Staff Experience and Capability, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Northern Health's Experience, Engagement, Learning, Development and Capability strategies with a passionate team. This position will also lead a range of other People & Culture projects and programs of work, which will focus on the redesign and continuous improvement of a broad range of administrative processes and systems. This role is responsible for: Leading and developing a passionate team in Staff Experience & Staff Capability, being responsible for the budget and leading change including change readiness and continuous improvement. You will be a highly motivational leader, with the proven ability to collaborate with peers, build a positive team culture, and connect teams with organisational values and goals. You have an inclusive leadership approach, you will have contributed to business strategy, fostered high levels of employee engagement and promoted performance uplift. You will have a track record in leading transformational change programs, strategies and frameworks that deliver positive and innovative solutions Management and leadership program delivery. To be successful in this role you will have: A track record in leading transformational change programs, strategies and frameworks that deliver positive and innovative solutions.
