How will I help?
In this role you will work across Systematic Digital Services and the WIB Digital to advance a data-driven, quantitative and systematic approach to decision-making, decision-support and process flow automation.
In this role you will be expected to:
- Support WIB Digital's strategy in the automation and digitisation of delivering WIB Products via Digital Channels, with a focus on Systematic Pricing and Decision Support models.
- Drive delivery of a systematic WIB product to Business Bank customers to be distributed via strategic digital channels
- Drive application of GenAI to process automation, data insights and virtual assistant use cases
- Focus on digitised onboarding and client servicing, including AI assisted credit decisioning
- Focus on customer data analytics, opportunity management and next best conversation prompts, with most immediate focus on accelerating distribution of WIB product (particularly FM product) into the Business Banking customer base
- Support engagement of stakeholders across WIB to identify opportunities to implement automated systematic pricing and decision support models to grow WIB product origination to relationship managed customers

What do I need?
To be successful in this role you will have a substantial experience in Institutional Banking and have hands-on experience in automation, digitisation and data-driven finance solutions.
You will have proven ability to innovate, including ability to apply leading-edge technology solutions.
Additionally, you will have strong data analysis and problem solving skills, strong risk acuity and have the ability to work in a professional manner across a wide stakeholder group to influence strategy and development.
