Role Overview:
The role of the Director is to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of Scone & District Pre School. To lead, guide and support a team which provide high quality early childhood education and care to children. Be an active member of the Management Team. To develop and maintain positive relationships with families. Create a safe, supportive and informative environment for families and the Community.
Essential Criteria:
- Early Childhood Teaching Degree - NESA Proficient
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Child Protection, First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
- Experience in Leadership
- Have an understanding of the Regulations, National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
