Join Simple Solutions Support Services and make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities as a Disability Support House Leader. This full time, role is perfect for the experienced support worker who is motivated to provide excellent support to clients with a disability and leadership to their support team. This role is a permanent role which involves a combination of support work, team leadership and reporting with 4 days of support work and one day of dedicated administration time each week.
We currently have four House Leader positions available.
Applicants are required to hold a relevant Certificate IV qualification or hold a relevant Certificate III qualification with experience and be willing to undertake Certificate IV in Disability study in the first year of their appointment to the role.
Applicants must also hold or be eligible to hold the following certifications which are essential conditions of employment.
- First Aid Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Criminal History Check
- Queensland Drivers Licence
- Blue Card
