To support our 5 clients, we need Support Workers with extensive experience in challenging behaviours.
This a great local opportunity to be a part of a team that offers guidance, training, and ongoing support.
Our general shift pattern is as follows:
- 6.00am – 2.00pm
- 2.00pm – 10.00pm
- 10.00pm - 6.00am
You could earn between $32.21 and $33.22 for permanent employees. Shift penalties also apply!

About The Role
Our customers are adults who live with a disability with complex behaviours of concern and at times complex health issues. The support they receive from you will assist our customers to live the life they want. Support varies from customer to customer, and from day to day.
Types of duties may include:
- following established routines and structure
- supporting a customer with emotional regulation and complex behaviours of concerns
- meal preparation
- personal care
- daily living tasks
- domestic assistance
- transport
- medication administration and support for medical appointments
Successful applicants require a current NSW Drivers Licence, a current First Aid Certificate and a full COVID-19 vaccination and booster. You will need at least 2 years’ experience working with people who display complex behaviours of concern and can implement comprehensive behaviour support plans and health care plans. A Certificate III or IV in Disability or equivalent accreditation in social science or community services will be highly regarded.
An offer will be subject to a police clearance, a pre-employment medical and a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
