The successful candidate will also possess:

  • Drivers Licence (without restrictions)
  • Reliable and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • First Aid & CPR Certificates
  • Certificate III qualification (or higher) in a relevant industry field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Available to work a 24/7 rotating roster
  • Willing to travel across greater Brisbane to provide support for other clients in future as needed.

The Benefits:

For working with us, you will receive:

  • Competitive remuneration
  • Internal career opportunities for the right candidates
  • on-the-job learning and development

  • management with care and support experience and a thorough understanding of the challenges faced by frontline staff
  • staff perks including raffles, sponsored training and professional development opportunities.

Professional Development and Progression:

While initial engagement will be on a casual basis, future opportunities for permanent positions may be available to the right candidate in future.

About you:

We want to get to know you, your interests, goals, and achievements. While qualifications and certifications are important, we are seeking to employ people with a genuine desire to support people in the disability sector. If you do not meet all the above requirements, but have a genuine desire to care for people, we encourage you to apply.
