About Us
Phoenix Ability was founded in 2022 with the belief that a well-trained and supported workforce leads to better outcomes for our participants. My company will remain a small local enterprise ensuring personalised support for my workers and participants.
At Phoenix Ability we are a tight-knit team that believes in supporting our clients to achieve their goals, live with dignity and engage in meaningful activities. If you're dedicated and value your role as a Support Worker, as we do, we want you on our collaborative and dynamic team!
