We are looking for awesome individuals to join our team of professional Support Workers. While the Care Assure head office is based in Adelaide, you won't be alone, with on the ground office support based in Tasmania. And just like us, as Care Assure expands further, you might like to spread your wings and work in one of our other locations in the future.
We are seeking casual/permanent part-time Disability Support Workers to work in one of our modern and well-appointed properties in the Hobart area. *If you have aspirations and/or experience of being a Team Leader, make sure you let us know this on your application as we are always looking to develop leaders for future roles.
We have participants requiring and deserving of experienced and professional Support Workers to deliver the highest levels of support and care available.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support/Disability or equivalent
- Working with Vulnerable People Registration with NDIS Worker Endorsement
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- Driver’s License (allowed to drive in Tasmania)
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Administration of Medication Certificate
- Manual Handling Training and Certificate
- Right to Work in Australia
- National Police Check (within last 12 months)

- Driven, passionate and dedicated to delivering effective supports to people with disabilities.
- Emotionally intelligent and an ability to respond to participants ever-changing needs.
- Ability to calmly perform in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Looking to establish yourself within an organisation to grow.
- Teamwork orientated.
- Able to work across a 24/7 roster including passive & active sleepovers.
