Your Responsibilities
As a Support Worker with Morcare, you will assist clients with the following tasks:
- Community Access - assisting clients out in the community such as Shopping assistance, going to the Cafe, Gym Programs, Hydrotherapy and day programs
- Domestic duties - maintaining household cleanliness, vacuuming, mopping and laundry.
- Personal care activities including showering, dressing and toileting
- Supporting clients within their own homes and out in the community
- Meal assistance and preparation.

We have quite a a variety of weekday and weekend shifts to suit most availabilities. Our dedicated Rostering Team will work with you to coordinate a roster that suits you and your lifestyle, and your work needs!
An example of some of our shifts on offer are as below.
Moorabbin:
- Weekly Thursday and Fridays from 7:00am to 6:00pm
- Daily: 7:30am - 9:30am
- Daily: 2:30pm - 4:30pm
- Tuesday Evenings
- Wednesday Evenings
- Friday: Inactive Sleepover Support
- Inactive Sleepovers
- Friday Afternoons: 6 hour shifts.
- Wednesdays 12:00pm - 3:00pm
- Thursdays: 9:00am - 12:00pm (week 1), 12:00pm - 3:00pm (week 2)
- Sundays: 5:30pm - 10:30pm
- Occasional In-Active Sleepover Support shifts: 4:30pm - 9:00am
- Occasional Daily Support Shifts: 8:30am - 4:30pm
If you have a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or similar, reach out today! As we have clients requiring specific support needs.
However, we can consider transferable skills and personal experience as part of your application. If you don't have a qualification or experience as a Support Worker, consider joining Morcare and be supported to deliver quality care to clients!

- Caring nature and ability to understand clients and their needs
