Aspire Together was established in 2021 by a passionate group of individuals with many years of experience in all aspects of Disability Support. We excel at providing support to people who have trouble finding a suitable service provider to meet their needs. We provide innovative solutions to address the barriers and difficulties that people with disabilities and their families experience, work on improving their quality of life through a wide range of services including in-home support, community access, social skills development, short term accommodations and Supported Independent Living. Our mission is to offer and implement a wide range of services and supports for individuals, to the highest standard, respectful of every individual's right to exercise choice and control.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Certificate III in Disability
- Individual Support (Required)
- Current First Aid Certificate with CPR (Required)
- At least 3 months proven experience (Desired)
- NDIS Worker screening or DHS Clearance
- Full Australian current driver’s license
- Comprehensively insured and roadworthy vehicle
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
You will work closely with participants to empower them, foster their independence, promote community and social participation, provide timely emotional support, work with them to improve their health, mental health and quality of life in line with goals stated in their NDIS plans.

We are also looking for a reliable, experienced, long-term housekeeper/carer to support a busy professional mature family of four. Main duties are housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, shopping, and meal prep. The successful applicant will be available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and Saturdays (one per fortnight) between 9am to 12pm . and days Tues, Thursday. 3.00 – 6.00pm.
Duties will include:
- Organising laundry, including washing, drying, and ironing.
- General cleaning, stacking dishwasher, cleaning kitchen and dining area.
- Cleaning bathrooms.
- Changing bed linen.
- Vacuuming and mopping floors.
- Watering pot plants.
- Grocery shopping, some cooking and meal planning.
- Walking family dog.
- Assist lady of house with getting ready for the day; dressing, taking herbal medication etc
- Proving additional family support when required, such as running errands.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in private homes as a housekeeper
- Reliable, honest, caring, good time management and organisational skills, high attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility with hours if required.
- Current South Australian driver's license.
- Two recent related professional references.
- No vaping or smoking
- Australian Police Check and Working with Children Check.
- High levels of confidentiality and discretion.
