Requirements

• Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge and understanding of the NDIS framework and person-centered approaches
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful towards clients
• Ability to adapt and respond to the individual needs and preferences of clients
• Current first aid and CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Ability to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and undergo a criminal record check
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Experience in supporting individuals with complex needs is highly desirable
