Your Role:

Responsibilities:

• Supporting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Proficiency in manual handling and medication administration
• Facilitating community access and offering emotional support
• Assisting clients in managing behaviors of concern
• Establishing strong rapport with clients and their families
• Adhering to participants' care plans and NDIS frameworks

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in assisting with ADLs
• Competence in manual handling and medication administration
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current Police Check, First Aid, and CPR certification
• Flexibility to work across multiple locations and sites
