Floating Casual and Part Time Positions available.
The position will be located over 4 homes in the Moreton Bay Area, Mango Hill, Caboolture and Morayfield with potential for additional house floating.

- Experience in Autism care highly desirable
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal

The day to day duties of our Support Workers may include assisting participants with:
- personal care and hygiene
- domestic duties
- medication administration
- sometimes using mobility equipment
- everyday tasks such as meal preparation, shopping, or even budgeting
- managing and supporting complex support needs
- practicing unconditional positive regard
- ensuring participants are happy, safe, and healthy in their home
Support workers are also required to complete documentation and case notes after each shift (electronic), as well as incident reporting should a near miss or incident occur.
What other requirements are there?
- Certificate III Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability qualification (or enrolled in)
- Valid Yellow Card
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- National Criminal History (Police) check
- First Aid/CPR Certificate
- Be eligible to work in Australia
- Must be available every 2nd weekend and for sleep over shifts - commencing in the afternoon and finishing the following morning.
