QMS has an excellent opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our team in Osborne, South Australia, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. Hours will generally be Monday to Friday with occasional overtime required. There may be some travel required for this role, with the possibility of travelling to the US.
Essential Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word
- Ability to work autonomously and be proactive
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to prioritise skills
- Ability to pass a National Police check
- Australian or American Citizen
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in the Defence Industry highly favourable
- Experience in writing grants
- Experience in writing procedures
