Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate femaleSupport Workers to join our team and provide exceptional care to individuals with spinal cord injuries. The ideal candidate will have experience or a willingness to learn in bowel care, catheter care, and manual handling, including the use of a sling hoist lifter. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive care and assistance to clients with spinal cord injuries.
• Assist with bowel care, catheter care, and other medical needs as required.
• Safely perform manual handling tasks, including the use of a sling hoist lifter.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for clients.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and their support team while maintaining professional boundaries.

Requirements:

• Experience with clients with Spinal Cord injury
• NDIS workers screening check - must be current
• Working with children check - must be current
• NDIS "Quality Safety and You" module certificate - or willing to obtain
• Car with Comprehensive Insurance
• Valid NSW Drivers Licence

Hours of Work (Shifts available 7 days a week):

• 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (active overnights)
