Disability Support Worker

Peak Disability Supports is a NDIS registered provider in Victoria. We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team. 

Requirements:

As a Disability Support Worker, you will be required to assist people with:

• Personal care - showering, dressing, grooming
• Household tasks - household cleaning and laundry
• Skill development - shopping, cooking, catching public transport
• Transport - transport to appointments and/or shopping
• Social & Community participation - engage in the community, meet people 

Work and hours 
Based in Geelong, this is a casual position.

• You’re matched to work with a participants. 
• Shifts are assigned to you on a fortnightly roster. 
• Shifts can including weekday, evenings, weekends, sleepovers, and active nights.

Suitable Applicants MUST have:

• Certificate III in Individual Supports /Disability Cert IV or equivalent (or willingness to obtain)
• Current NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain one)
• Valid Working With Children's Check (employee status)
• Valid Driver's License (essential)
• Current First Aid & CPR certificate
