We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an NDIS Support Worker in the Hills/Hornsby District & Western Sydney.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities.
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, household chores, and recreational activities.
- Implement NDIS plans and goals in collaboration with clients and their support networks.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of client progress and support provided.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) is essential.
- NDIS clearance is required.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Previous experience working in a similar role preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards individuals with disabilities.
