About the Role
This full-time role will be managing our Danny Met Sally SIL Homes in the Eastern region (Croydon, Chirnside Park and Lilydale area). Opportunities are also available for casual Team Leaders at other sites.
As Team Leader you will take charge across the following key areas:
- Lead and supervise staff members, ensuring they are providing high-quality support to residents.
- Provide direct support to participants as needed, addressing their individual needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement effective rostering strategies to always ensure adequate staffing coverage.
- Work alongside internal stakeholders including housing, coordination, client services, and recruitment to ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Team Leader in Supported Independent Living
- Relevant Qualification
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Driver’s License & own car
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Flexible availability
