Skillset required:
- Manual handling
- Hoist (stand up, ceiling, lifters)
- Knowledge and experience with Parkinson's Disease, Centre Cord Syndrome, and Stroke
- Experience with challenging behaviors.
Mandatory Requirements:
- First Aid and CPR certificate.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Manual Handling certificate.
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Valid Driver’s License and comprehensive car insurance.
The shifts may include:
- Personal care
- Community access (transport to appointments and/or shopping)
- Social Support
- Meal preparation and medication assistance
- General domestic tasks

- Proven ability in case of management or in undertaking GP management plans.
- Ability to plan, prioritize & manage day-to-day activities in an efficient manner.
Skills & competencies:
- Has experience and knowledge using hoists.
- Certificate III in Individual Support or its equivalent is highly desirable.
- Ability to follow an individualized plan to provide person-centered support.
- Experience with high-intensity care is highly desirable.
