ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are currently seeking highly motivated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in our SIL’s or Community Access services. As a
Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of
individuals with disabilities by providing personalised care and support tailored to their unique needs and goals. Your dedication and commitment
will contribute significantly to creating a more inclusive and compassionate society.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Knowledge of the NDIS.
• Available for shifts within a rotating 24/7 roster (SCHADS Award).
• Competent with Microsoft Office suite particularly MS Word and MS
Outlook.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively and establish rapport with participants.
• Demonstrated commitment to the rights and interests of people with a disability.
• Current Unrestricted Driver's License.
• First Aid (HLTAID011) + CPR (HLTAID009) Certificate.
• NDIS Worker Screening & Working with Children Checks (or be
willingness to obtain).
• Current Comprehensive Car Insurance Policy.
DESIRABLE:
• Certificate 3 in Individual Support or above.
• Current Mental Health First Aid Certificate or willingness to complete.
• Competency in unit HLTHPS006 – Assist Clients with Medication.
