LO-GO Appointments is a boutique recruitment agency specialising in providing employment services to Local Government throughout Queensland.

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Support Officer to join our Sunshine Coast team on a 9 month maternity leave contract. You will be responsible for:

• Liaising with external customers, potential candidates and employees.
• Screening of Candidates for general registration.
• Conducting reference checks.
• Creating Employee contracts and extension paperwork.
• Organising travel and accommodation for temporary placements.
• Maintaining Employee records.
• Assisting in marketing activities including newsletters, advertisements. digital marketing campaigns and maintaining the website.
• Provision of high quality administration and Recruitment Support to our Consultants and our Recruitment Manager.

• Demonstrated experience in general administration and customer service with the ability to take on recruitment tasks.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-managed.
• Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Have an interest in recruitment.
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management will be highly regarded.
