Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Dispatch: Oversee product handling, dispatch, and distribution within service levels.
- Relationship Management: Liaise with transport providers and customers to prioritize service.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement changes to enhance efficiency and service.
- Staff Development: Lead and train a team, managing performance and communication.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety policies, including Chain of Responsibility (CoR).
- Customer Service: Resolve operational issues, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Requirements:
- Warehousing/Distribution qualification (desirable).
- In-depth knowledge of CoR.
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role (essential).
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
