A great opportunity exists for an experienced 'hands on' Dispatch Officer with a forklift licence to work with this container management and transport company based in the Western suburbs.

Reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader your duties include, although are not limited to:
- Preparing stock for dispatch including creating labels, packaging & booking freight
- Customer service over the phone and email for general or stock enquiries
- Liaising with internal staff
- Use of Microsoft Office suite and WMS system and freight booking portals
- Collating paperwork and data entry
- Administration duties (consignment notes, labeling, invoices, truck scheduling)
- Customer Service
- Counterbalance Forklift Driving - to assist with loading trucks when required
To be considered for this position you will have:
- Proven experience in a warehouse administration role - dispatch experience advantageous
- Current LF Forklift licence - with proven counterbalance experience
- A bright and positive attitude with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer skills - experience using MS Office & Warehouse Management Systems
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail & strong time management skills
- The ability to work as part of a team
