Our client has a great opportunity for a Distribution Administrator to join their teams Distribution Centre based in Beresfield.
- 38 hour week Monday to Friday with some weekend OT
- This is an ever growing industry with lots of potential to grow!
- Shift/Hours per week: 3pm-10pm – Monday-Friday (with public holiday availabilities)
The position of Distribution Clerk is responsible for clerical and administrative work in Distribution.
- following up drivers and deliveries
- palletising each run
- prepare delivery driver rosters
- dispatch truck which includes customer invoices
- providing drivers with all relevant documentation relating to deliveries, dispatching, invoicing
- Experience as a clerk or in an administrative position (preferable but not necessary)
- Ability to ensure the work they undertake is correct and accurate
- Completing work in compliance with the objectives and target established by the company’s Quality, Safety and Environmental Management Systems, including but not limited to Minimum Operating Standards, HACCP, GMP and KPI’s.

- Computer skills required and sound knowledge of Microsoft software
- Ability to work under pressure and follow instruction
- Australia citizen or permanent resident of Australia (legally entitled to work in Australia)
- Good communication skills
- Reliable transport car & license
