Join us in an exciting and diverse role as a Distribution Assistant, providing essential support to our Distribution Supervisor.
Day-to-day responsibilities encompass a wide array of tasks, providing support in reverse logistics, quality control, data entry, freight management, value added services, inbound compliance, and more.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- End to end reverse logistics across all channels - digital, retail, concession and wholesale
- Ad hoc quality inspections, assist in product recalls and spot-check procedures
- Book/monitor consignments and extract PODs via local and international couriers using online platforms
- Work across multiple systems to input data, returns and reporting
- Ensure compliance with top-notch Value-Added Services (VAS) standards within reverse logistics
- Assist with inbound requirements and PO variance investigations
- Support visual merchandising team on new store opening requirements, ad hoc fixtures and fitting requests
The Person
- Experience in a similar role within operations, logistics, supply chain, warehouse or retail (highly regarded)
- Self-motivated individual with ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with a professional, enthusiastic and can do attitude
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Driven to take the next step in building your career and a fast learner
