We are currently recruiting for a Distribution Supervisor to work at the Baiada Beresfield plant on afternoon shifts. This role will involve working in their on-site Distribution centre where you will be responsible for managing production staff and overseeing the dispatch of orders in a very busy factory environment. You will ensure that day to day operations meet Health, Safety & Environmental requirements while delivering operational performance, developing and caring for its people, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
To be successful you will have the following skills and attributes Well-developed interpersonal & communication skillDemonstrate competent time management Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsCommitment to WHS, Food Safety and Environmental SystemPeople management and conflict resolution skills What we need from you:
- Previous experience in a similar food manufacturing environment (desirable)
- Certificate IV in Leadership & Management (desirable)
- Food Safety & HACCP Certification
- Fire Warden / Extinguisher Training / Exposure (desirable)
- Availability to work weekends is a must
