Document Controller/Quality AdministratorGeorgiou Group have partnered with ACCIONA Construction Australia to deliver the first stage of the Gold Coast's largest road infrastructure project. The project will involve construction of six new bridge structures in an environment with unique geotechnical conditions and challenging interfacing on a gazetted green-field site.

What you're good at:
- Proven track record in document control within construction or related industries
- Working with the Quality Manager in overseeing and ensuring compliance with the established document naming conventions
- Provide Quality control admin support to the construction team.
- Competent with document management systems and software. Work experience in CX (iTWOcx) and InEight is highly regarded.
- Proficient in using standardised forms and templates
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to liaise with diverse project stakeholders
- Ability to format documents and templates in Microsoft word and Excel at an intermediate level
What you'll do (but not limited to):
- Review and improve existing document control procedures within the first two weeks of the role.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with the established document naming conventions in use by the business
- Ensure documents are checked, reviewed, registered and distributed in accordance with the established procedures or standards
- Process outgoing documentation to Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors and Suppliers/3rd parties.
- Monitor technical documents review and approval in accordance with agreed programme
- Maintain and manage electronic and hard copy documents as required
