ABOUT WORSLEY
Our integrated Bauxite Mine, Alumina Refinery and Port Operation is creating the essential products needed for a sustainable low carbon future.
This role will be based at our Worsley Alumina Refinery which is a short drive from Collie (15 minutes), Bunbury (35 minutes) and other nearby scenic communities.
As there is no accommodation on site, you will be required to drive in, drive out on a daily basis.
Employees ideally live within an hour's drive of Collie.

This role is a Permanent position working a 40-hour week DIDO from Collie in the South-West of WA.
As Document Controller, the purpose of this role to support the document and information management systems function for the Worsley Design Services team.
Key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:
- Manage drafting office transmittals.
- Manage Drafting QA and pre-deploy processes for the Worsley drafting team.
- Support the Engineering team in the efficient and timely handover of new controlled documents and drawings to the appropriate business storage repositories.
- Support external vendors on Worsley project handover processes such that drawings and controlled documents can be transferred to the business efficiently and effectively with minimum rework.
- Support the Engineering team on the business-specified repository for Engineering records.
You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in an Information and Document Management Role in Government, an operating asset, or Consultancy.
- Experience with major Electronic Document and Records Management System software implementation. (Desirable)
- Visible field safety leadership and an ability to drive safety and performance excellence.
- Knowledge of Information and Document Management methodologies, tools, and software.
- Knowledge and experience implementing Management of Information Systems Change.
- Proven experience in document control processes, procedures, and tools to support an effective document control service:
- Class C Driver's License
