Role:
RJE Global are seeking an assistant Document Controller located at our Morphettville Road Head Office.
With in-house training, the Assistant Document Controller will be responsible for ensuring the following:
- Ensure Document Control processes are followed and integrity of RJE’s Integrated Management System is maintained
- Quality Management Systems are followed as per ISO9001 certifications
- Have an understanding of all commercial & technical documents in an engineering and construction field
- Be able to work to tight project schedules
- Use initiative, have good organizational skills and be computer literate
- Motivate and mentor all members of RJE to follow and apply the use of the Integrated Management System
- Support project teams with any system and documentation requirements, also in the delivery of handover documentation
- Ensure quality, technical and WHS records are maintained
Applicants must have or be willing to obtain the following:
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word etc)
- Good initiative and ability to prioritise your tasks
- Work well in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
