Hays Recruitment is pleased to support the recruitment of a full-time temporary Document Controller for a well-known commercial company based in Cairns. Working in an inclusive and fast-moving environment - this role will provide support primarily to the GM, as well as the safety team.Your new role
As the Document Controller, you will be required to assist the team for around 4 weeks. This position will ensure legislation is adhered to and applied effectively in operations from a document control perspective. As this is a short-term contract, the day-to-day tasks required of this person will likely cover off be covered:- Monitoring the inbox and prioritising urgent tasks
- Actioning important document change requests
- Tackling urgent items and tasks as directed by the wider team – involving reviewing legislation
What you'll need to succeed
We seek to appoint a professional candidate with high level administration experience, document control and aviation experience. Have an understanding and capability to review legislation and apply knowledge.What you'll get in return
