Form of workWe are searching for enthusiastic and responsible individuals who possesses the qualities of professionalism, emotional maturity, and genuine care for animals. We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Doggy Daycare Attendants/Dog Walkers and pet taxi drivers to join our team.
We have 3 positions available:
Full time, Monday to Friday from 6.30am to 3pm,
Part time, 3 days a week from 10am to 7.30pm
Part time, 2 days a week from 10am to 7.30pm
To be considered for this role you will:
- Demonstrate a passion and love for dogs and a genuine interest in their well-being.
- Be customer-focused, preferably with retail or hospitality experience.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
- Be a confident, safe, fully-licensed driver with at least 3 years of driving experience.
- Be physically fit. This job involves physical activity, such as walking, lifting, and playing with dogs. Candidates should be in good physical condition to perform these tasks effectively.
- Be confident on social media as you will need to upload Instagram stories and photos throughout the day.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times, both in your interactions with customers and in your handling of the dogs.
- Be able to handle stressful situations calmly and responsibly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up dogs from people's homes in our shuttle bus starting at 6.30am.
- Greet pet owners warmly, providing excellent customer service, and addressing any inquiries they may have.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all daycare areas, including play areas and restrooms.
- Oversee dog playgroups and ensure a safe and friendly atmosphere.
- Take 4 dogs at a time to an off-leash park in the local area.
- Upload stories and photos on our socials.
- Implement training techniques as taught by management.
- Uphold health and safety standards and promptly address any potential hazards.
