Donor Care Coordinator

Here's your chance to transition your customer care skills to the charity sector, or you may equally have had a taste of working in a fundraising environment and wish to further enhance your skills. This independent national charity committed to funding research for children living with cancer has an immediate 12 month fixed term contract available within their fundraising team.
As the Donor Care Coordinator you will be responsible for:

• Nurture and grow donor relationships
• Calling supporters to thank them and ensure all contact details are current
• Be the first point of contact for all supporters, responding to feedback and enquiries
• Deliver exemplary Donor Care and customer service experience
• Process donations and payments and issue receipts
• Ensure CRM and database is accurate and up to date
• Assist with the dispatching of marketing material and merchandise
• Escalate potential donor leads to key stakeholders
• Assist with reporting and analysis
• Provide administration support to Office Manager

Key criteria:

• 2 years of experience working in a customer engagement or fundraising environment
• Exceptional relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, problem solver and enthusiastic team player
• CRM skills - Raiser's Edge or Salesforce highly regarded
• Able to commit to a 12 month fixed term contract
