THE OPPORTUNITY
The DECJUBA Finance Team deliver AMAZING by supporting and enabling DECJUBA’S business and performance objectives through the provision of strong financial and commercial processes, controls, reporting and advice. We're looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to join the team to provide key support for the CFO, and to lead the Commercial Finance & Data Insights department. This role will see you partnering with Business Managers to drive financial performance and identify areas for continuous improvement, as well as working with the Executive Leadership Team to provide timely reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving Financial Planning, budgeting, forecasting, strategy, and management reporting
- Managing expenses and identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies
- Analysing the financial performance across business functions
- Preparing models to assess future profitability of identified opportunities
- Assess risks involved with new initiatives, ensure deadlines are met and be ready to handle unexpected situations
- Streamlining and co-ordination of weekly reporting
- Preparation of financial models and analysis
- Ownership of performance reporting across the business.
- Oversight of the BI system
- Digital Marketing and Ecommerce efficacy analysis
ABOUT YOU
- Professional Accounting qualification such as CA or CPA
- Strong commercial acumen and business understanding
- Ability to effectively manage both internal and customer relationships
- Team orientated, with strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
- High level negotiation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate with various stakeholder groups
- Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages
