The Role
This Senior Financial Analyst role will work across the different pillars of the group. Working with business unit stakeholders and senior executives on the following tasks:
- Investment analysis and support including building and maintenance of financial models to support decision-making processes.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and recommendations on investment opportunities across all Group activities.
- Analyse the potential financial impact of various scenarios and alternatives on the Group and funding sources.
- Evaluate financial performance against investment analysis and benchmarks.
- Prepare and distribute accurate and timely financial and portfolio reports for relevant parties including the Board.
- Collaborate with business units to develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Monitor and analyse budget vs. actual performance, identifying areas of concern or improvement.
- Assist in the development of long-term financial plans.
Your Background
To be considered for this opportunity you must have:
- A relevant tertiary degree.
- Experience in the property/asset management sector is a must-have.
- Advanced Excel abilities including modelling and scenario analysis.
- Experience on your resume of providing detailed cashflow reporting.
- Be someone who is credible, engaging and a highly effective communicator.
The salary will be very dependent on the years of experience you have in the sector, your commercial achievements and your level of education.
