Donor Services / Administration Coordinator

- Full-time permanent role, reporting to an experienced Operations Manager
Role SummaryThe successful candidate will be the first point of call for all incoming calls and visitors, and work within a small team to assist in providing high-level donor service for a wide variety of stakeholders on behalf of the organisation.You will report into the Operations Manager and support across the broader team across a variety of administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Be first point of contact for all incoming calls and queries for the organisation.
- Liaise with donors, suppliers and other stakeholders, providing high-level and prompt assistance when called upon.
- Manage the coordination and distribution of incoming/outgoing mail and courier services.
- Preparing donor correspondence, including the preparation and distribution of thank
- you letters as well as supporting other fundraising events and activities.
- Provide accurate record keeping within the CRM database, updating donor details when required.
- Maintain general office tidiness and stock, ensuring meeting rooms are set up correctly and kept clean.
Key CriteriaYou will have impeccable customer service skills and a warm and courteous phone manner and be very comfortable working in a small team environment.
- Previous administration experience, or experience in a similar role in the for-purpose sector.
- Computer proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite, with previous experience working with a CRM database.
- Attention to detail will be important in this role, especially in regard to data entry.
- A positive attitude and a growth mindset when problem solving in a small team environment.
