Work closely with key stakeholders and personnel at Aruma to facilitate the identification and implementation of comprehensive process and solution requirements, playing a vital part in the company's overarching business transformation. As a Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include guiding the definition and execution of end-to-end processes and solutions, thereby aiding in the advancement of the overall business landscape.
A day in the life of a Business Analyst …
- Lead and facilitate requirements gathering workshops for system and business improvement projects.
- Document requirements using the relevant methodology.
- Conduct process mapping for current and future enterprise IT systems and processes.
- Perform gap analysis to identify functionality gaps between current and future systems.
- Assist in the transition plan and migration activities from old to new IT systems.
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional and technical requirements, keeping stakeholders informed.
- Review, document, and analyze complex business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Complete stakeholder impact assessments to identify affected stakeholders.
- Assist change leads in developing change management plans.
- Work closely with IT project teams to understand the complexity of changes to processes and systems.
- Establish strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, suppliers, and customers.
Skills and Experience with will make you stand out …
- Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/Technology/Transformation roles.
- Possess a degree in Business, IT, or relevant practical experience.
- Expertise in core systems business analysis (ERP, Finance, HR, CRM, Incident/Risk, Rostering, etc.).
- Proficient in end-to-end functional and non-functional business analysis.
- Confident, collaborative, and articulate communicator who understands objectives and interprets direction.
- Possess excellent presentation and communication skills, including relationship building and facilitation.
- Skilled in workshop presentation and facilitation.
- Demonstrated excellence in administration, including time management and task coordination.
- High computer literacy with confidence in using various systems.
- Exceptional stakeholder relationship-building skills.
- Willingness and ability to work across multiple sites, with access to own transport and a driver's license.
Nice-to-have qualifications:
- Experience in the Disability Sector.
- Business Analysis (CBAP) and Agile/Scrum certifications.
- Knowledge of MS SharePoint for document management.
