Draftsperson

Allegiant Solutions is a specialist in casing for the mining and drilling industries globally, trusted for best in class innovative solutions and technical back-up. We are a small, privately owned company based in Dalby, Queensland and are passionate about setting a new standard of industry excellence. 

We are looking to expand our team and require an experienced draftsperson to join our team.   

Duties:  

• Prepare 3D models and produce drawings for procurement, fabrication and assembly
• Provide input with project related tasks such as time estimates, progress tracking and reporting;

Requirements:  

Essential:

• Tertiary qualification or degree in drafting and design engineering
• Competent, independent user knowledge of Solidworks
• Ability to engage in an industry leading mindset on HSEQ within the team
• Be a strong team player
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liase with clients and suppliers for technical or project queries; 
• Capable of working based on priorities to monitor and coordinate personal workloads to meet varying deadlines
• The ability to commit to a full-time position
• Willingness to develop new skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Experience with Fusion
