About the Role
Based in East Arm, Darwin, the Drilling Logistics Operator is responsible for providing front line operational services supporting the Drilling Logistics Team Leader and clientele. They will ensure the delivery of safe, effective and efficient services, in line with best practice. This is a full time role with a fixed term contract.
ESSENTIAL SKILS & EXPERIENCE
- Current Australian Driver's Licence (Car)
- Current Forklift and Dogman Licence (LF, DG)
- 16T Forklift experience is essential and handling of tubulars/offshore containers & drilling equipment
- COR awareness knowledge of Load restraint & pre slinging materials for offshore transport
- Pro-active, goal oriented with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent customer focus and able to consistently meet client expectations
- Effectively manages change to work tasks and the work environment, and assists others with adapting to change
- Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to learn and continuously improve on performance
- Computer literate, experience using MS Office
- IMDG - Dangerous Goods Awareness
- Working at heights
- First Aid certificate
- HR Driver's Licence
