Dry Cleaning Shop - Front Counter

Australia's largest dry cleaner is looking for fashion forward, customer service casuals to work at a number of our stores across Adelaide, including Unley Park, Glenside and Norwood. 

These shifts will include day time shifts during the week, and are not suitable for full time school students. Please let us know in your cover letter what availability is, and which stores you are interested in working at. 

The ideal candidates will love fashion, and know the difference between a jacket, a shacket, jeans and jeggings. You've got an eye for brands and understand that our customers' clothes are their pride and joy. You're a customer service superstar, who will go out of your way for your customers to ensure that we deliver on our brand promise,“It's right, it's ready or it's free!”

The role is purely customer service and you won't be required to do any cleaning. You will greet our customers, take in and write up their orders, check returned garments for quality, answer customers' questions about garment care methods and practices and follow up on any issues or forgotten orders.

Ideally you'll have retail experience, preferably in a fashion setting. At minimum, you'll have an understanding of garment styles and fabrics, and you'll be confident handling expensive garments with care. You'll have a very strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, a customer focus and a very friendly disposition.

You'll be rewarded with an hourly rate which is subject to penalty rates. You'll also be given a monthly allowance of free Dry Cleaning!

These roles would be best suited to reliable people who are looking for stable casual employment.
