Duty Manager

The Role:

Cater Care Retail is currently looking for a Duty Manager to join our team at Mad Mex Sydney International Airport!

Roster: Various shifts available upto 35-38 hrs

What This Role Involves:

• Provide clear directions and monitor policy/procedure compliance
• Ensure food & service standards are to a high quality
• Manage staff operations including filling shifts & labour management
• Manage stock, inventory and cash
• Communicate and work alongside the management team to ensure a strong working environment 

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous supervisory experience (minimum 1 year) 
• Food Safety Supervisor, RSA
• Ability to supervise staff implement leadership skills
• Cash, stock and labour control skills
• Dispute management/conflict resolution skills
• Flexibility across work days/hours
