Who are we?
Pirate Life was founded in 2014. After a five-day journey across the Nullarbor Plain, we landed in Adelaide, established a brewery, and spent the next seven years building a brand. In that time, we’ve gone from three founders to a crew of over one hundred, built three venues across Australia with a fourth on the way, and cemented ourselves as one of the country’s most recognisable craft brands.
Why Work with Us?
As a business, we’re passionate about crafting human connections. We go beyond just creating spaces and beverages, we build experiences and welcome people from all walks of life to connect with us and our brand.
To achieve this, we strive for Pirate Life to be the best place to work in the industry – both in beer, and hospitality. We want our business filled with the most creative and committed people.

Whether it’s through paid trainings, balanced rosters or personal development, we’re committed and transparent in the way we operate. Growth, learning, collaboration, and teamwork is what you can expect from working in a PL venue.
