The Role
Our Duty Mangers form an integral part of the management of the club. Responsible for the day-to-day running of the club, you will support all parts of the operation and provide exceptional service to our members and patrons. Additionally, the role will encompass but not limited to:
- Daily banking and reconciliation tasks
- Roster and timesheet management
- Data entry – via Eaglei360 and Odyssey platforms
- Continual compliance associated with running a licensed venue.
- Effectively lead, manage, and mentor a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Support restaurant, bars, and gaming operations during peak trade periods
About You
To be a successful applicant, you will be a motivated, experienced individual who is keen to join a team of hospitality professionals in a fast moving, progressive company. You will also:
- Be able to handle the high volume of work associated with the hospitality industry.
- Have outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Be driven and show initiative.
- Have the ability to work autonomously, as well as within a team.
- Display excellent time management skills.
- Have sound numeracy and literacy skills.
- Hold a current RSA, RSG, First Aid, and RMLV certificates.
Previous experience in a similar role is ESSENTIAL to be considered, as is a genuine understanding of the hospitality industry and the hours associated with it, which will include nights, weekends and public holidays set over a balanced rotating roster.
