- being able to commit to a 4day roster
- Being comfortable in a busy venue, fast paced
- The ability to manage security
- Managing bar staff and supervisors
- Involvement in all areas, bar, restaurant, and gaming
- Excellent customer service and communication skill
- Experience essential in a management role and the desire to work as a team
- Have proven ability to lead a team
- Proven ability to meet budgets
- The ability to professionally supervise, train and direct staff to provide a high level of customer service
- A great eye for detail and venue presentation
Qualifications needed or to be obtained promptly are as follows
- Approved managers license
- RMLV certificate QLD
- Qld RSA
- Qld RSG
