The family friendly and food orientated venues are located within the Fremantle area offering a quality customer experience in comfort and style.
We are seeking an experienced and career minded Duty Manager to join our talented team at the Federal Hotel. The Federal Hotel has a strong food and beverage offering, along with sport, entertainment, and hotel rooms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Venue setup and close.
- Cash handling and management.
- Staff management.
- Stock take and control.
- Customer relations.
- Strong customer focus.
- Responsible health and safety compliance.
- Responsible RSA and RGL compliance.
- Implementation of systems and process.
- High level of self presentation.
- Maintaining venue standards.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- RSA and approved management card.
- Previous experience in Management.
- Experience in H&L POS.
- Experience in Deputy online rostering system.
- TAB experience.
- Experience in Little Hotelier online booking system. (desirable)
- Intermediate computer skills.
- First Aid (desirable).
- Valid Driver’s License.
The remuneration is negotiable and will be dependent on experience and skills.
