The Role
The role of the Duty Manager is to assist with the day-to-day supervision of the facilities programs, staff, patrons and plant room operations. In this position you will oversee the facility presentation and ensure there is a high regard for occupational health and safety. Leading by example, you will work with the venue manager to oversee the operational requirements including;
- Supervise and provide leadership to facility staff
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Ensure a safe aquatic environment
- Risk mitigation and emergency management
Skills & Experience
- Experience working in a trade or aquatic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work across 7 days a week
- Willing to obtain - Pool Lifeguard Qualification
- Willing to obtain - First Aid Certificate & CPR
