About the role We are currently seeking an ambitious and dedicated Duty Management Couple to join the ALPA team. This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills to potentially run your own store in the future.
You will both support the Store Manager in the daily running of the store and training and developing your team.
This position is based in a remote Aboriginal community in the NT
Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager with the daily operations of the store to achieve KPI targets on training, nutrition, safety, sales and budget control Mentor, coach and develop the store team Provide the administrative support for the store including but not limited to rosters, purchasing and completing new employee forms Build solid working relationships with key service providers in the community Ensure all company assets are maintained to an acceptable standard Please upload both resumes in one document when applying Skills and Experience
